1. The program

These terms govern the Where Does My Money Go? affiliate program. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not join.

2. Eligibility

You must have an active paid monthly or annual subscription and accept these terms in the product. A free trial does not qualify. Joining does not grant free or unlimited product access. If your own subscription lapses, new commissions pause until you are a paid subscriber again.

3. Commission

You earn 30% of amounts a referred customer pays on subscription invoices for 12 months from their first successful paid invoice. Referred customers pay list price. There is no affiliate-funded discount. Commission is not due on refunded invoices, unpaid invoices, or taxes we are required to collect if we calculate commission on the net amount paid. Self-referrals (your own account, or an account you control) are void.

4. Attribution

We attribute a referred customer to you through your unique referral code. When link tracking is enabled, a first-touch cookie of up to 90 days may apply. If the customer later enters a different promotion code at checkout, that code wins. Only one affiliate is paid per referred customer.

5. Payouts

We pay by bank transfer to an account in Australia, the United Kingdom, or the United States, in that country’s currency. Monthly floors are A$50, £25, or US$30. Amounts below the floor remain pending until a later month. You must provide accurate bank details (Australia: account name, BSB, account number; UK: account name, sort code, account number; US: account name, routing number, account number, and account type) before we can pay you. Pending commission may be cancelled if the related invoice is refunded within 14 days.

6. How you promote

You must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission, in line with advertising and endorsement rules that apply to you (including FTC guidelines in the United States and equivalent rules in Australia and the UK). You must not bid on our brand name, close variations, or misspellings in paid search. You must not impersonate us, send spam, or make claims we have not published. We may withhold commission or close your affiliate account if you break these rules.

7. Independent contractor

You are not our employee, partner, or agent. You are responsible for your own taxes on commissions. We may change these terms by publishing an updated version; continued participation after a new version is posted is acceptance of that version.
